Lighthouse Communications Xtender is a product developed by IFM Infomaster to provide a simple, cost-effective and unobtrusive answer to the need for developing company communications.

Lighthouse Communications Xtender is completely developed in IFM labs using the most advanced technologies that comply with international standards and certification.

Lighthouse Communications Xtender is the result of extensive experience gained by IFM in the field of telecommunications with the development of contact center systems which spurred the company research to deal with high stress operations and complex architectural modules.

Migration to VoIP
Lighthouse Communications Xtender provides a bridge for simple and unobtrusive migration of traditional company communications networks to modern VoIP systems. It safeguards investments already made and enables gradual development of advanced technological features.

Expansion of current PBX networks
Lighthouse Communications Xtender enables you to integrate and expand the capacity of existing PBXs without needing to upgrade them.

With Lighthouse Communications Xtender, a standard group of different brands and models of PBXs becomes a connected network enabling all calls between users on the various PBXs to transport over IP without needing the public network.

An unlimited number of users, all based on VoIP, can be added guaranteeing interoperability.

IP-PBX
Lighthouse Communications Xtender is a platform for multimedia communications based on SIP (session initiation protocol), which provides a wide range of features to manage calls. Therefore all the benefits from using VoIP are made possible whether the architecture is central or remote.

Users can be physical phones, softphones or Wi-Fi mobile phones.


Centralizing/Decentralizing
Lighthouse Communications Xtender can be used to combine communications infrastructure in geographically distributed environments. This makes it possible to centralize or decentralize operations according to application needs. All offices, even when they already have their own PBX, can be integrated into a network through VoIP. Routing rules can be defined for any type of contact and every user, wherever located, can communicate with the others whether they are on a pre-existing PBX or are part of the expansion introduced.

Calls between offices, including long-distance calls, use IP to reach their final destination and then go out onto the local public network.

Video-calls and videoconferences
Lighthouse Communications Xtender enables you to receive and generate video-calls from the landline network to the mobile network and vice versa, while using the same numbers for voice calls.

Lighthouse Communications Xtender makes it possible to enable videoconferencing sessions with videophones, mobile phones and softphones. Voice, images, data and applications can be shared during the session. The system is user-friendly and does not require particular arrangements for the session. It is also possible for participants to take part by voice only.


Synthetic agents
The synthetic agent of Lighthouse Communications Xtender is a software tool, also visual, that simulates human agents. They can entertain, record a call, send videoclips, ask questions and receive answers, manage certain phases of the call or manage the complete contact. Synthetic agents embody the features of interactive voice response (IVR) and interactive voice video response (IVVR) services.

Application integration
To provide the support the contact needs, Lighthouse Communications Xtender can be integrated with external applications such as Microsoft Outlook™ or sophisticated CRM systems.

Advanced features
Lighthouse Communications Xtender abstracts the call concept and introduces the event, which makes it possible to manage signals and communications to implement integrated management of monitoring and surveillance processes.
